A new community arts facility for Stoke Newington
Welcome
Our aim is to turn this well loved, but decaying and underused building, into a thriving hub of the community. From the current occasional use of the Old Church as a venue for musicians and acts of worship, our vision is to create a modern extension and refurbish the old parts of the building to create a comfortable, flexible space where community groups, professionals and students from the schools can create, perform and display their work.

Did you know?
- St Mary's Old Church was built in the 16th century
- It was the home of the first school in Stoke Newington
- It is one of the oldest Anglican Churches to have never been used as a Roman Catholic church
- It suffered extensive bomb damage during the WWII
- The north aisle was added in the 1950s
